2023 Ford Ranger Customer Deliveries Begin in Europe With Raptor Off-Road Spec

A twin-turbo diesel was utilised in earlier generations. This batch, marketed as EcoBlue, has a crankshaft torque of 500 Nm (369 lb-ft) and 213 metric horsepower

(210 mechanical horsepower). In contrast, the bigger V6 of the Ranger Raptors' T6.2-based engines produces 292 horsepower (288 horsepower), which is less than

the Aurus' 491 Nm (362 lb-ft). Due to emissions laws, this is not the case with European models. for the Australian market,

the Ranger Raptor. Customers in the Land Down Under receive 292 kW (392 horsepower) and 583 Nm (430 lb-ft), which are notable upgrades from the last I4.

The Bronco Raptor EcoBoost V6 3.0-liter employs the same graphite iron as this engine.

The steel used in typical castings is not quite as

robust or as hard as locks.
