BMW and Mercedes were created in the early 1900s, whereas Genesis was founded in 2015.
Despite being relatively new to the luxury automotive market, Genesis has previously produced other successful vehicles like the GV70.
Despite this, Genesis is by no means a startup in the automotive industry.
Since it is essentially Hyundai's luxury division,
the two automakers have a lot in common.
