First Look at the 2024 Subaru Crosstrek: A Little Evolution for the Small SUV

A "reverse halo car" for the Japanese firm with its headquarters in Ebisu, Shibuya, the Subaru

Crosstrek may be considered. Because to its unusual colour choices, rough exterior,

extremely high ride height, and available six-speed transmission, this model, which is

towards the bottom of Subaru's lineup, has earned a reputation as an eccentric and

adventurous demi-icon. It's not a Jeep, but it's much more competent than anything else in

the entry-level SUV class, and it handles like a crossover vehicle while driving on paved

roads. Its status as a car-based crossover—basically an Impreza on stilts—is largely to blame

for this. Even if it isn't a Jeep, it is still much more competent than any other Vehicle in the entry-level class.
