How much horsepower will the 2024 Mustang GT have?
The redesigned Ford Mustang will have 480 horsepower in 2024. The Bullitt and Mach 1 from the S550 generation cost the same, but
they are limited-edition Mustangs. The 2024 Ford Mustang will be the most potent GT in the history of the car as a consequence.
Additionally, according to Car and Driver, the 2024 S650 GT will come with a performance exhaust system that increases horsepower to 486.
The 5.0L Coyote V8 in the outgoing S550 Ford Mustang has 450 horsepower.
That number is less than the midcycle horsepower estimate of 460.
Although the Ford Mustang lacks the Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack's power,
it still has enough to propel the GT to 60 mph in little under four seconds.
