How the Japanese Supercar Became a Collector Favorite - 10 Years After It Was Discontinued

On December 14 of this calendar year, the final LFA—a white Nurburgring Package variant—will roll off the assembly line for the tenth time.

Despite the growing acclaim for the supercar, the manufacturer has made no mention of bringing

the moniker back after production halted. However, that could alter in the near future.

A concept all-electric supercar that Lexus has been secretly developing was shown for the first time earlier this year.

Although the battery-powered speed machine does not yet have a name,

it has been claimed by several sites that it is seen internally as the LFA's spirtual successor.

There is still a lot of work to be done as the EV isn't expected to arrive until 2025.
