Tesla starts offering Model Y and Model 3 discounts in Europe as Ford ups the F-150 Lightning price

The face value of the 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning Pro model has now become US$55,974,

up from US$52,000 in October, which was raised from US$47,000 in August.

Thus, since the release of the F-150 Lightning Pro trim at US$40,000, the pricing of Ford's electric truck has increased by nearly US$16,000.

Unsurprisingly, Ford's newest F-150 Lightning price hike is due to the sharp rise in the cost of battery raw materials as well as supply chain issues.

Both electric and traditional automakers are having to cope with

the raging inflation that has been released in the past two years or so. Tesla has now begun providing a US$3750 credit in

the US for the purchase of a Model 3 or Model Y in stock before the year is out.
